Our services
We provide financial dispute resolution services including CIFAS marker challenges, credit file repair, Financial Ombudsman submissions, and related compensation claims.
Fees
Our fees are agreed in writing before we start work. Fixed fees apply to defined case types. Payment plans are available on request.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate promptly with requests, and not conduct parallel complaints during active engagement.
Our commitments
We commit to acting in your best interests, keeping you informed at each stage, and delivering the service scope agreed at engagement.
No guarantee of outcome
While our success rate is high, no legal or regulatory outcome can be guaranteed. Our fee is for the professional work, not the outcome.
Cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of signing under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. After work has commenced, a pro-rated fee may apply.
Complaints
If you're unhappy, contact complaints@clearmyname.co.uk. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Legal Ombudsman where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
